Purpose and Policy
The purpose of Community Coalition of Osceola Water Safety's (CCOWS) Web site is to provide the public with convenient and efficient access to information about water safety, drowning prevention, laws & regulations, swim lessons, etc. In order to provide the user with information about CCOWS, the Web site may contain links to other Web or computer sites that are not owned, regularly reviewed or controlled by Osceola County Health Department or CCOWS. It is the policy of Osceola County to limit these links to Web sites that provide information relevant to the purpose of the CCOWS' Web site.
